Bite (Crocodile or Hybrid Form Only). Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, 5 ft., one target, 7 (1d10+2) piercing damage and target is grappled (escape DC 12). Until the grapple ends the target is restrained and werecrocodile can't bite another. If target is a Humanoid it must make DC 12 Con save or be cursed with werecrocodile lycanthropy.

Tail Swipe (Crocodile or Hybrid Form Only). Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit 5 ft. 1 tgt not grappled by werecrocodile. 7 (2d4+2) bludgeoning damage and target knocked prone (DC 12 Str negates prone).

Khopesh (Humanoid Form Only). Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, 5 ft., one target, 6 (1d8+2) slashing damage or 7 (1d10+2) slashing damage if used with two hands.

Bonus Actions

Change Shape. Transforms into a Large crocodile or into a crocodile-humanoid hybrid or back into its true form which is Humanoid. Its stats other than size are the same in each form. Any equipment worn/carried isn't transformed. Reverts to its true form if it dies.
