FTTHelper is operated by R21 Media Group LLC(the “Company”). FTTHelper is currently in early access and still actively evolving. This policy explains the core data we handle as the product takes shape. Game content attribution and the publishers who license us are listed on our Licenses page.
We store account data such as your email address, profile fields, and the content you create inside the app, including campaign notes, generated art prompts, public profile details, and feedback you submit.
We use this data to run FTTHelper, secure accounts, generate requested AI outputs, troubleshoot beta issues, and understand which parts of the product are worth improving before broader rollout.
To operate FTTHelper we share specific data with a small set of vetted processors. Each is bound by its own privacy and acceptable-use terms, and we only send them the data they need to perform the service on our behalf:
The portrait pipeline is described in our Licensespage under “AI-generated art.”
Public art pages, leaderboards, and creator profiles are intended to be visible outside the app. Anything you intentionally publish to those surfaces may be seen by other users and search engines.
During the beta, support and privacy questions should go through the support page. You may also exercise the train-on opt-out described in our Terms of Use.
