FTTHelper is still in closed beta, so support is intentionally lightweight: account issues, safety concerns, and product feedback all have a clear path.

Account and access help

If you are stuck on login, invite access, or a broken beta flow, email info@r21digital.com with a short description and the page you were using.

Reporting and safety

Public art and public profiles include report actions for signed-in users. Use those first when content needs moderation review. If something urgent cannot be reported in-product, email support with the URL.

Product feedback

Feature requests, friction points, and missing tools should go through Suggestions. You can also check the Roadmap to see what is already planned, or review Plans for the future premium seam.
