Sign-in & Your Account
Password and magic-link sign-in, resetting a password, signing out of every device, and deleting your account.
Creating an account
Sign up on the sign-up page with an email, a password and a display name. There is no Google or Apple sign-in yet.
Signing in
- Use your email and password on the log-in page.
- Or press Email me a magic link. We send a sign-in link to the address you signed up with. A magic link only signs in to an account that already exists; it never creates one.
- Forgot your password? The reset page emails you a link that opens a form for a new one. Signed in, the same link is under Reset password in Settings.
Where your settings are
Open Settings from the account menu at the bottom of the sidebar.
| Group | Pages |

| Public: what the realm sees | Profile |
| Private: only you see these | Account, Privacy, Billing, Usage, API keys, AI tool access |
Emails about new devices
When your account signs in on a device we have not seen before, we email you. The first device on a new account does not set one off. The email links to the sign-out-everywhere page.
Signing out everywhere
Sign out in the account menu ends the session on the device you are using. To end every session on the account, this one included, go to Account in Settings and press Sign out everywhere. The sign-out-everywhere page that security emails link to does the same.
Sessions you sign out stop working straight away, but a sign-in token one of them already had can keep working for up to an hour, until it expires. If you think someone else has your password, reset it first, then sign out everywhere.
Signing out everywhere does not touch AI tool tokens. Revoke those on AI tool access. See AI Tool Access (MCP).
Deleting your account
The website has no delete button yet. To delete your account, email info@r21digital.com from the address on the account and ask us to delete it. The Delete account section on Account in Settings starts that email for you.
The iOS app, which is not in the App Store yet, has Delete account on its Profile tab. It asks you to confirm twice, then deletes your account and every image you have made. It cannot be undone.
