Gallows Gull
Large beast, unaligned
Gulls gather where the tide leaves food, and the gallows gull gathers where it leaves everything else. Big as a rowboat and twice as opinionated, it nests in the customs hulk's broken mizzen and hunts the mudflats at dusk. It does not peck its prey to death. It carries its prey up to admire the view, and lets the harbour do the rest.

Traits
Keen Sight. The gull has advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on sight.
Dive Attack. If the gull flies at least 30 feet straight toward a target and then hits it with a beak attack on the same turn, the beak deals an extra 7 (2d6) piercing damage.
Snatch-and-Drop. As a bonus action, the gull can release a creature grappled by its talons and drop it from height. The dropped creature takes falling damage as normal for the height dropped (1d6 bludgeoning damage per 10 feet) and lands prone.
Actions
Multiattack. The gull makes one beak attack and one talons attack.
Beak. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 16 (3d8 + 3) piercing damage.
Talons. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 13 (3d6 + 3) slashing damage, and if the target is Medium or smaller it is grappled (escape DC 13).
