Dock Drake
Medium dragon, unaligned
Every warehouse on the Saltspire waterfront that can afford one keeps a dock drake chained inside the door. They are bound young to a single threshold — a strongroom, a bonded crate, a counting-house gate — and they spend their whole lives deciding who is allowed past it. A drake that outlives its warehouse will keep guarding the empty doorframe.

Traits
Warded Threshold. While within 10 feet of the door, crate, or strongroom it was bound to, the drake has advantage on saving throws against being charmed, frightened, or moved against its will.
Keen Smell. The drake has advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on smell. It can identify by scent any creature that has handled its charge in the last day.
Actions
Multiattack. The drake makes two attacks: one with its bite and one with its tail.
Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 8 (1d10 + 3) piercing damage.
Tail. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 6 (1d6 + 3) bludgeoning damage, and the target must succeed on a DC 13 Strength saving throw or be pushed 5 feet away from the threshold the drake guards.
