Tidecaller Oracle
Large aberration, neutral
It reads the flats the way clerks read ledgers, by ripple and gull-line and the colour of the skim. The tidecaller oracle sells true readings and gives one away free to anyone bleeding: get off the mud before the turn. What it asks in return is never money, which is why the wise pay quickly.

Traits
Foresight Veil. Once per round, when an ally within 30 feet that the oracle can see would make an attack roll or saving throw with disadvantage, the oracle lifts the veil and the roll is made normally instead.
Amphibious. The oracle can breathe air and water.
Actions
Multiattack. The oracle makes three tentacle attacks.
Tentacle. Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 15 ft., one target. Hit: 22 (4d8 + 4) bludgeoning damage.
Reading of the Water. The oracle studies one creature within 60 feet. The target must succeed on a DC 17 Wisdom saving throw or take 18 (4d8) psychic damage and have its speed halved until the end of its next turn as the tide turns against it.
