Demand Toll. The tollkeeper asks for an old coin before letting travellers pass. A creature that shows or tosses any coin has advantage on Charisma checks against the tollkeeper for the next minute.
Spectral Skiff-Ride (1/Rest). As a bonus action, the tollkeeper gains the effects of water walk on itself only for 10 minutes, poling across the surface as if standing in a skiff. It regains this use after a short or long rest.

Spectral Oar. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 6 (1d8 + 2) bludgeoning damage plus 2 (1d4) necrotic damage.
Hollow Warning. Each creature of the tollkeeper's choice within 15 feet that can hear it must succeed on a DC 13 Wisdom saving throw or be frightened until the end of its next turn. A creature that succeeds is immune to this warning for 24 hours.
