When the river broke its axle the old gristmill did not stop: the great stone keeps rolling its ditch, grooved and patient. Ruts in the bank mark where it turned, and the meal it grinds now is whatever lies flat beneath it.

Rolling Body. The millstone can move through the space of a prone creature, treating it as difficult terrain. The first time it does so each turn, that creature takes 7 (2d6) bludgeoning damage.
Grind. A prone creature beneath the millstone at the start of the millstone's turn takes 7 (2d6) bludgeoning damage and is restrained (escape DC 13) until it escapes or is no longer beneath the stone.
