Levee Golem
Large construct, lawful neutral
Where the river runs high each spring, the mill-towns pack earth and floodgate timber into patient guardians. A levee golem walks its stretch of bank day and night, tamping breaches shut with hands like dock pilings.

Traits
Immutable Form. The golem is immune to any spell or effect that would alter its form.
Levee-Bound. While standing on earth or mud within 30 feet of a riverbank, levee, or dam, the golem has advantage on saving throws against being moved against its will.
Actions
Multiattack. The golem makes two slam attacks.
Slam. Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 17 (4d6 + 3) bludgeoning damage, and the target must succeed on a DC 14 Strength saving throw or be pushed 10 feet away from the golem.
Breach-Seal. The golem tamps earth, timber, or stone back into place. It repairs one damaged structure, embankment, or vehicle within 5 feet of it, restoring 10 (3d6) hit points to the object, or packs loose earth into a 10-foot breach so the gap counts as difficult terrain instead of open water.
