Flood Bell
Large construct, lawful neutral
When the river threatens, the warning towers walk down to the waterline on timber legs. A flood bell rings the villages awake with a note you feel in your ribs, and its keepers swear the bell decides for itself when the danger is real.

Actions
Multiattack. The bell makes two tidal slam attacks.
Tidal Slam. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 25 (6d6 + 4) bludgeoning damage, and the target must succeed on a DC 15 Strength saving throw or be pushed 10 feet away from the bell.
Warning Peal (Recharge 5–6). The bell rings a deep rallying note. Each ally within 60 feet of the bell that can hear it gains 15 temporary hit points and has advantage on saving throws against being frightened for 1 minute.
