Traits
River Seam Walker. The sprite can hover over water and ignores movement penalties from currents. It can pass through the space of a boat without disturbing its course unless it wishes otherwise.
Shift the Flow (Recharge 5–6). The sprite stirs the water in a 15-foot cube it can see within 30 feet. That area becomes difficult terrain for boats and swimmers of the sprite's choice until the start of the sprite's next turn, or clear sailing if the sprite favours them.
Actions
Push-Pole. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 7 (1d8 + 3) bludgeoning damage.
Spill Current. One creature in water within 30 feet must succeed on a DC 13 Dexterity saving throw or be pushed 10 feet along the current and knocked prone in shallow water. On a success it is pushed half as far and stays upright.
