Bound Haze

You cause a swirling gyre of dust, small rocks, and wind to encircle a creature you can see within range. The target must succeed on a Dexterity saving throw or have disadvantage on attack rolls and on Wisdom (Perception) checks. At the end of each of its turns, the target can make a Dexterity saving throw. On a success, the spell ends.
In addition, if the target is within a cloud or gas, such as the area of a *fog cloud* spell or a dretch's Fetid Cloud, the affected target has disadvantage on this spell's saving throws and on any saving throws associated with being in the cloud or gas, such as the saving throw to reduce the poison damage the target might take from starting its turn in the area of a *cloudkill* spell.
