Death Throes. When the orb-tyrant is reduced to 0 hit points, it explodes in a burst of magical energy. Each creature within 10 feet of it must make a DC 14 Dexterity saving throw, taking 21 (6d6) force damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +3 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 10 (3d6) piercing damage.
Eye Rays. The orb-tyrant shoots two of the following magical eye rays at random (reroll duplicates), choosing one or two targets it can see within 120 feet of it: 1. Fear Ray: The target must succeed on a DC 14 Wisdom saving throw or be frightened for 1 minute. 2. Paralytic Ray: The target must succeed on a DC 14 Constitution saving throw or be paralyzed for 1 minute. 3. Telekinetic Ray: The target must succeed on a DC 14 Strength saving throw or be moved up to 30 feet in any direction and restrained. 4. Slowing Ray: The target must succeed on a DC 14 Dexterity saving throw or have its speed halved and be unable to take reactions for 1 minute.
