Loremaster’s notes
The Land Druid is the "I am a wizard who talks to plants" build. Circle Spells (level 2) adds 3 always-prepared spells per Land type. Grassland adds: Invisibility (level 2), Daylight (level 3), Freedom of Movement (level 4), Dream (level 5), Scrying (level 6), Mordenkainen's Magnificent Mansion (level 7). Natural Recovery (level 2) lets you recover spell slots on a short rest — once per short rest, with a level cap. Land Recovery (level 20) lets you cast a single 6th-level or lower spell without using a slot, once per long rest. This is the build for "I want to be a wizard who does wizard things but thematically is a druid." Not as tanky as Moon. Not as AOE-blasting as Evoker. But versatile.
