Phase Arrow

When you make a ranged attack with this arrow, the attack ignores half and three-quarters cover as the arrow dips briefly into the Plane of Shadow on its way to the target. If the target has full cover and you are aware the target is in a particular space, you can fire this arrow at the target with disadvantage on the attack roll.
