Your words can set even the coldest hearts ablaze. You may deliver a rousing oratory that bolsters your allies. After speaking for ten minutes, you may grant temporary hit points equal to your level + your charisma modifier to up to 6 friendly creatures (including yourself) that hear and understand you within 30 feet. A creature can only gain the benefits of this feat once per long rest.
