The Dam Itself
Gargantuan construct, lawful neutral
They cut the ribbon on the Alderwash Dam with a brass shear, and the shears are still in it — somewhere up near the left sluice, the old hands say, where it aches when the pressure runs high. The Dam did not wake angry. It woke responsible, which is worse: it watches every cup drawn downstream and has Opinions about your share. The sluice eyes open at dusk. Count them before you count your buckets.

Stone Slam. Melee Attack Roll: +11, reach 20 ft. Hit: 23 (5d6 + 6) Bludgeoning damage.
Sluice Eyes. The dam opens three pressure-beam eyes and makes one ranged attack with each, dividing them as it chooses. Ranged Attack Roll: +11, range 120 ft., one target per beam. Hit: 13 (2d6 + 6) Force damage.
Controlled Release (Recharge 5–6). The dam vents a flood wave in a 90-foot cone of water. Each creature in the area must make a DC 19 Strength saving throw, taking 38 (11d6) Bludgeoning damage and being pushed 30 feet on a failure, or half as much damage and no push on a success.
Legendary Actions
Settling Blow. The dam makes one Stone Slam attack.
