Each creature in the area: 14 (4d6) bludgeoning damage and is restrained for 1 min (DC 14 Dex half damage and its speed is reduced by 10 ft. until the end of its next turn). A creature including restrained target can use its action to free a restrained target by succeeding on a DC 13 Str check.
