Bell-Buoy
Medium construct, unaligned
The harbour board chained bells across the Drift channels to mark the safe water, and a few of them took to the work. A bell-buoy bobs its lane, clanging at strange hulls, and throws its iron weight at boats that will not heave to.

Traits
Alarm Bell. As a bonus action the buoy rings. Every creature within 300 feet that can hear it knows the direction of the ringing. Fog, rain, and wind do not muffle it.
Anchored. The buoy has advantage on saving throws and ability checks against being moved against its will while its chain touches the harbour floor.
Actions
Ram. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 10 (2d6 + 3) bludgeoning damage, and the target must succeed on a DC 13 Strength saving throw or be pushed 10 feet away from the buoy.
