Victory Banner

This small banner is mounted on a short haft and can be attached to a backpack, saddle, or similar equipment. The banner has 3 charges. It regains all expended charges daily at dawn. You can expend 1 of its charges to give yourself advantage on weapon attacks for 1 minute. When you roll a 20 on an attack roll made with a weapon, you can expend 1 charge to move up to your speed without provoking opportunity attacks.

You must be within 5 feet of the banner to expend any of its charges.
