While wearing this scarlet cloak, you gain a +2 bonus to AC but have _disadvantage_ on Insight and Perception checks. In addition, when you are reduced to 0 hit points and wearing this cloak, you drop to 1 hit point instead. You can’t use this feature again until you finish a _long rest_ .
